Talia Undercover: the books are only the start of it

Premise and tone

Talia takes a job at an international biotech firm under false pretences, to find out what the company is really doing. The creative accounting turns out to be the least of it, and she ends up more involved than the assignment called for. She is an adult, and her listed age is below. I enjoy the corporate setting here, since it is a change from living rooms and family dinners. Paperwork, cover stories and the fear of getting caught give this one the feel of a small spy story set around a photocopier.

Who is who

Talia Reed is the listed name, with a listed age of 20, and the synopsis gives Talia as the lead, so this time the match is easy. Nobody at the firm is named in what I was given, and I am not inventing a villain for you. She has no page of her own in this guide. If undercover work is what caught your attention, the wider series playlist is where you can see who is in what.

What the free episodes tell you

Five episodes, 2 of them free, and at 95 seconds episode 1 gives you a decent look at her. The remaining 3 list at 12 tokens each, 36 tokens altogether, and promotions can reduce that, so check the current price. A cover story only works if you care whether it holds, so use the free pair to find out if you do. With no profile to carry you into a chat, the double lives shelf is the closest match for people leading a second existence of their own.
